  1. Shipping Coverage

Brimflexsun supplies products to customers within eligible European destinations.

Orders are dispatched from the Czech Republic and transported through established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, depending on destination, operational requirements and carrier availability.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, customs procedures or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Brimflexsun or the appointed carrier.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

The standard estimated transit time is 5–10 business days following dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and may vary according to destination, local carrier operations, customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather conditions or other external factors affecting transportation networks.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  1. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking services are available, customers will receive shipment status notifications via the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking notifications may be issued at various stages of fulfilment and transportation, including but not limited to:

Order dispatch;
Arrival at carrier facilities;
Transit updates;
Local delivery operations;
Final delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during checkout is accurate and accessible.

  1. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Brimflexsun shall not be responsible for delivery delays, additional transportation charges, return shipping fees or failed deliveries arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete address information;
Failure to receive delivery attempts;
Refusal of delivery by the recipient;
Failure to collect parcels held by a carrier or collection point.

If a parcel is returned due to the circumstances described above, any reshipment may be subject to additional charges.

  1. Delayed Shipments

If an order exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, Brimflexsun will initiate an investigation with the relevant carrier.

During the investigation period, customers may be requested to provide reasonable information necessary for shipment verification.

Following the completion of the carrier’s investigation and assessment of the circumstances, Brimflexsun may, where appropriate, provide either:

A replacement shipment; or
A refund of the amount paid for the affected goods.

The chosen resolution will be determined based on the findings of the investigation and applicable consumer protection requirements.

  1. Risk and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, or to a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, upon physical receipt of the goods.

Where applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise, such legislation shall prevail.

  1. Customs and Regulatory Requirements

For shipments within Europe, customs procedures are generally limited or not applicable depending on destination and applicable regulations.

Where customs clearance, import formalities or local regulatory requirements apply, customers shall cooperate with any reasonable requests from competent authorities or carriers necessary to complete delivery.

  1. Force Majeure

Brimflexsun shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters;
Severe weather conditions;
Industrial actions or transportation disruptions;
Governmental measures;
Customs interventions;
Public emergencies;
Network or infrastructure interruptions affecting transportation services.

Such events may extend processing or delivery timeframes without creating an obligation for additional compensation.

  1. Compliance with Applicable Law

This Shipping Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic and relevant mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Union, where such legislation applies.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
